      What's @ Your Library?

      • Computers

      We have PCs available for reference, research, word processing & Internet use. Three PCs are dedicated to children's use and are not connected to the Internet.
      • Main Reading Room

      We have a large selection of adult and young adult books, large-print books, audios, and videos.  If you can't find what interests you on our shelves, the PINES system allows us to search for the item state-wide and have it delivered to our library for check-out.
       
      We also have a selection of reference material, maps and atlases, ass well as popular magazines and area newspapers.  Back issues of the magizines are available for check-out.
       
      • Heritage Room

      In our Heritage Room we have in-depth genealogical and social histories of the southeastern U.S., as well as family histories, U.S. Census records, church and cemetery records, photos, complete Confederate roster, and old newspapers on microfilm
      • Children's Library

      We have a large collection of picture books, books for beginning readers, juvenile fiction and non-fiction, and reference books for all ages.
       
      We also have a puppet theatre which is used throughout the year for a variety of programs.
      • Meeting Room

      Adjacent to the main reading room is our meeting room, which accommodates up to 100 people for meetings and events.  A full kitchen is available for use with the meeting room, as well as a separate entrance.
       
      We also have the following equipment available: overhead and slide projectors, screen, lectern, microphone, and easel.
