City Manager - Clarence H. Bryant
A Native of Camilla, Georgia, Mr. Bryant earned a BBA Degree from the University of Georgia in 1969. After serving almost five years in the U.S. Navy, Mr. Bryant began working with local governments in 1975 at the Southwest Georgia Area Planning and Development Commission. In 1978 Mr. Bryant began his management career with the City of Blakely, 1980 with the City of Camilla, and then in 1990 with the City of Commerce. Mr. Bryant has been fortunate to have served in three full service communities giving him the opportunity to obtain a vast knowledge in both utility and government management.
The City of Commerce is a great community to live in, work in, and enjoy the close relationship with its citizens. It is my responsibility as city manager to ensure that every citizen receives the same opportunities to enjoy our quality of life here in Commerce.
