City Clerk - Shirley Willis

Shirley Willis, a native of Banks County, Georgia has been employed with the City of Commerce since 1988.  She has served as City Clerk since January 1992.

Ms. Willis is a graduate of Banks County High School. She attended the Carl Vincent Institute of Government at the University of Georgia for Municipal Training for certification as City Clerk and Finance Officer.  She has a grown daughter and son and four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
