Qualifying is over in the City of Commerce, the General Election will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2019. 

 

The last day a person may register and be eligible to vote in the General Election will be October 7, 2019, you may stop by city hall for a registration form.

City of Commerce recieved test results lifting the boil water advisory.  We would like to thank all our crews, Griffin Bros., and Banks County for all their hard work and help during this time. 

 

 

 

 

 

BOIL WATER

 

April 19, 2019

Until further notice their is a boil water advisory for the Banks Crossing area, north of Zaxby's and East Ridgeway Rd.  This advisory DOES NOT affect City of Commerce  or City of Maysville. 

 

 

Attention

APRIL 19, 2019

The Banks Crossing area has two water main breaks and Tanger Blvd. has damage due to the rain storm today.   There is NO WATER service to the Banks Crossing area at this time, crews are working diligently to repair the damages.   Continue monitoring this Facebook page and www.commercega.org .  Please share this information with friends and family.

After logging in, you will be at the E-Notify page. Here you can manage your email address as well as add a cell phone number to receive text notifications by clicking where it says (Change). When entering your number for text notifications, use the following format leaving out the 1 before your area code xxx-xxx-xxxx.

Towards the bottom of the screen please notice the two column headings, METHOD and SUBSCRIPTION NAME directly underneath the News Flash symbol. Select the type of notification you would like to receive under the METHOD heading. For text messages click on for email click the icon. Please only select the icons next to the subscription name that you want notifications for.
You will know your selection is valid if the email or phone icon is  a bold black color. (note: you will not receive any confirmations in your email or phone after subscribing to notifications).

After your subscription you will receive notification of any new information posted to the content you subscribed to.
Should your email address or phone number change, you will need to login to your account to update your information. Please be aware that you could be charged by your cellular carrier for any text or data received. You can unsubscribe at anytime by loggin back in using the account you set up and unslecting the e-mail or phone icons.
