Once you have completed the application, save a copy to your computer and e-mail a copy to tracyw@commercega.org In addition to the application, a Background Consent Form will need to be completed and returned. This form requires a signature so you will need to download, sign, notarize, and return to City Hall. You can deliver the form in person to 27 Sycamore Street, or mail it to P.O. Box 348, Commerce, Ga 30529.
