The Wellness Wednesday program on Oct. 5 at 1 p.m. will be on guided imagery and  meditation. 

Christine Dudley, who has been leading guided imagery meditation groups for the last 12 years, will present information on how meditation can help people to release stress, realign their lives with their priorities, and create balance.  The practice has been shown to facilitate healing and help people to be more patient in their dealings with others.
